I am now running INSTEP4 which will take some time.

I think the only problem I have found is that your $PATH did not
include the system area where basic tools like make and ar are found.

Currently AIPS NEW will get you 31DEC00 and AIPS TST will get you
31DEC02.  It will be a while until there are enough programs to make
things interesting in 31DEC02.

I think I will check your ability to run the MNJ since that will be
useful (once in a while) for 31DEC02.
