So, I have changed Fortran Compiler in FDEFAULT.SH (/qjet2/aips/SUL/SYSTEM)
from "fort77" to
COMPILER="/opt/SUNWspro/bin/f77"
I did this yesterday as well. The result is the same: 
qjet# ./update.pl
