[daip] Problem installing 31DEC01

I'm no longer an "AIP", but am still on the daip list.  And this is a
fairly easy question, I think:

These should be the same.  Nuke the "fort77" one and make them both point
to the Sun Fortran compiler in /opt/SUNWspro/bin/f77.  And for 31DEC01 and
31DEC02, the relevant FDEFAULT.SH file is actually in $SYSLOCAL, which may
be /qjet2/aips/31DEC01/SYSTEM/UNIX/$SITE/ (where $SITE is your site
name).
