    It would appear that your printers list is not set up with any
legitimate values.  $NET0/PRDEVS.LIST

The $SYSUNIX/UNIXSERVERS is a file not a directory.  It attempts to
access $LOAD/XASn where n is 1 2 3 4 or 5 etc.  These should be, e.g.
 ln $LOAD/XAS $LOAD/XAS1
so you should do an ls -l $LOAD/XAS* and see whether the files exist
and whether there are executable for you.  My bet is that you are
running in an account that lacks the privilege to create the links or
to run the links.
