[daip] AIPS error message

INPUTS, HELP, GO etc all have themselves INPUTS.  When this problem
occurs you can't look at them so it is not suprising that folks ask
about this problem.  The VERSION adverb has been set to 'DISKEXT' by
someone.  Set it as VERSION = ' ' and all should be well.

The upgrade to the more modern AIPS was worth the trouble I can assure
you even though fixing this minor hicup was not an adequate reason.
