[daip] FITLD bug

O.K. I think I have a real bug in FITLD although it
might be that it just can't handle data selection on
data that is not in TB order.  I have not tried this
on a "normal" data set.

I am trying to load only the calibrators in a space
VLBI data set.  Below are my inputs.  I set FITLD to
load different files so the oddness I saw on friday
would not distract from what I think is the main problem.
I know this is a stupid way to load the calibrators as
they are only present in files 1, 5 and 7 but FITLD
should still work.  As you see in the FITLD messages that
I attach, FITLD  loads the first files fine and then from
then on loads all the data regardless of what is in the
SOURCES list.  I test it again setting NFILES=1 and
NCOUNT=3 and FITLD does the right thing: loads 0 visibilities
but then it croaks in the end (again messages below).
