i just went through the process of installing AIPS on my laptop, and the TV won't work. it appears to me, from code-diving, that it's because XAS (via init.c) only wants to find displays that are either 24 bit TrueColor, or 8 bit PseudoColor. unfortunately, my display is 16 bit TrueColor. is it true that this is not supported? unfortunate if so... -bryan
