I have resigned as their aips manager.  They have renamed the
computers and the disk directories without repairing the aips files or
even notifying me.  When I attempted some repairs I found that I
lacked the privilege to run a cron job in arcturus as aipsmgr even
though arcturus2 is the same computer and runs aipsmgr crons every
day.  And I do not have the privilege to name the aipsfiles as they
should be named.  No one seems to have noticed since the files for
arcturus at least and probably several other machines no longer refer
to existing directories.

I have renamed a number of the essential files to make it clear that
aips no longer functions there.
