[daip] error in install.pl

I apologize if this is not the correct address for
reporting errors in AIPS.  I'm using the 31DEC00
version of the install.pl script.  I am using the
new release (Jan 25 update) of the install.pl with
the following ID info:

# $Id: install.pl,v 1.10 2001/01/16 22:59:30 egreisen Exp $

I noticed in line 2973 the following line:

while (OLD) {

I believe this needs to be:

while (<OLD>) {

Without this it just sorta hangs at this point.
If any further information is needed, let me know.
If I'm wrong, I apologize :P  I'm new to AIPS so
if there is a better address to send stuff like
this please let me know.  Thanks.
