[daip] DBCON and source positions

I don't see any way in multi-source files short of editing (with
TABED) the coordinates in one of the 2 inputs SU table (RAepo and
DECepo are the things checked).  If you calibrate and SPLIT first and
then set DOPOS = -1 the two should concatenate with no trouble.
