is there a way to force DBCON to *not* make a new source if the
positions don't agree? i'm concatenating some data that involves
a planet, and because of this, DBCON seems to want to rename the
planet in the 2nd data set (because the positions don't agree in
the headers - note that these positions don't mean anything
anyway):

DBCON1: Task DBCON (release of 31DEC01) begins
DBCON1: NOTICE: Use INDXR on output file to index it.
 DBCON1: Create 20001203 .LINE . 5 (UV) on disk 1 cno 10
DBCON1: DBSOUR: Coordinates disagree for 'CALLISTO ' Qual 0
DBCON1: DBSOUR: Source renamed 'CALLISTO A'
 DBCON1: Consolidate AN files from vol/cno/vers 1 8 1 and 1 4 1
DBCON1: DBMNGL: changing source ID 1 to 4
 DBCON1: Copied CL file from vol/cno/vers 1 8 1 to 1 10 1
 DBCON1: Copied TY file from vol/cno/vers 1 8 1 to 1 10 1
DBCON1: Appears to have ended successfully
 DBCON1: ohsumi 31DEC01 TST: Cpu= 11.6 Real= 12
