[daip] AIPS TV

I am trying to run AIPS on my machine (beset) from capella.
Everything is fine except when I start AIPS with either "aips"
or "aips tvok" (there is an AIPS TV running on beset) capella
tells me:

AIPS 2: You are NOT assigned a TV device or server
AIPS 2: You are NOT assigned a graphics device or server

The only oddity I see before that in the messages is:

START_AIPS: I am GUESSING you are at a workstation called

When I was on alcor last week this worked fine.
