[daip] tape listing of VLBA correlator FITS file with times?

  Is there a way to list the times and frequencies of VLBA binary
tables which are on a tape?

Ie. I need to know what order to FITLD them to concantenate together
(old data with different files at different freqeuncies and 14IFs,
ie. two correlator passes, and sometimes the different freqs. and
correlator passes are interleaved, and sometimes not...)
