[daip] Self-calibration problems

A couple of quick thoughts:

1. 15APR98 is a very old version of aips - nonetheless this should
    work

2. The CALIB messages suggest that the source model is not good -
either because the model itself needs to be improved or because the
signal/noise is not adequate for self-calibration.  The two texts you
cite should in fact be very helpful.  Perhaps you could send me the
inputs you used for calib and the output of imheader on your uv and
image files.
