[daip] Using galactic coordinants.

Pat,
I am trying to change some of our data over to galactic coordinants, and
have been able to do that correctly, but the 'stars' command does not load
the old star file and correctly transform the coordinants from J200
Equatorial to Galactic. Here is what I typed:
