[daip] online FILLM broken ?

I ran online FILLM early Tuesday morning, FILLing
data from my VLA-Pt link tests.  Seemed to work
fine.  Generally, when I run online FILLM, I only
specify VLAOBS (i.e. I don't specify things like
REFDATE, BAND, etc...)

Early this morning (Thursday, Jul 13), I had some
more test time.  So I set up online FILLM again
before I left the building yesterday afternnon.
I got the usual connecting and fetching messages.
But when I got to work this morning FILLM hadn't
produced a file for me.  It's as if it didn't find
the correct data.

My first idea was that I had screwed up VLAOBS.  So
I tested it with the program currently running on 
the array (AR440); FILLM still refused to create,
write etc a file.  Then I set VLAOBS to blank and 
ran FILLM again.  Still nothing.

My conclusion is that online FILLM is broken.
