STEM-EducationMatters -- List to keep interested individuals informed of STEM education issues.
About STEM-EducationMatters	English (USA)
From its very inception in 1946, Associated Universities Inc. (AUI) identified the "development of a scientifically and technically literate society through education and public outreach" as one of its founding principles. And, in its mission statement, NRAO too points to a strong commitment to STEM education, stating, "In partnership with the scientific community, we also train the next generation of scientists and engineers, and promote astronomy to foster a more scientifically literate society." The STEM-EducationMatters list serve will, 1) keep AUI-NRAO personnel, and others, informed about related STEM education issues K through college, and in both the formal and informal settings, 2) present AUI-NRAO personnel, and others, with opportunities to get involved with STEM education related activities, and 3) to inform users of STEM education activities taking place across the various AUI-NRAO facilities. Using STEM-EducationMatters
To post a message to all the list members, send email to stem-educationmatters@listmgr.nrao.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to STEM-EducationMatters
Subscribe to STEM-EducationMatters by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
