[evlatests] ea21 Panels

Hi Rick-

Antenna 21 was the one that had an edge panel blown off on the morning 
of Oct 28 during the move from A to D config.  Looks like it was the 
edge above the quadrapod above the elevation yolk adjacent to the 
stairs.  This probably coincides with the right-hand side of your plot?
