[Difx-users] Next DiFX workshop fragment -- date and zoom

I added a bunch of notes to the Wiki page about questions -- Walter and
Mark, you especially should look over the Q&A.

Also, whoever asked the very first question relating a tale of woe about
switch port routing timeouts leading to network flooding, I believe I have
filled in the correct details of the problem. Of course, I was thinking so
hard about the problem that I failed to record the name of the person
speaking!

One open question that it would be nice to have a discussion about is
"what's the right thing to do about missing data?" It's complicated because
there are a lot of moving parts -- digitizer -> recorder -> etransfer? ->
difx. In these etransfer talks we had discussion and questions about how to
prevent missing data from causing difx to pause when not wanted. It would
be nice to write down what difx does, and have tests that enforce that difx
continues to behave the same way.
