I have included a message below from Paul Vanden Bout with the agenda
for the AMAC. As Paul indicates each IPT needs to generate a singe
viewgraph with a comparison of where you are versus where you planned to
be. Please make sure that these charts get to Paul by COB Friday. You
should send the charts to jao at nrao.edu.

Bob Dickman sent me this agenda which he, Gary, and Massimo had iterated

from my earlier draft.  It is pretty much the same as my draft.  The 
significant change is the inclusion of the item "Performance of the 
Project."  For this they are expecting one transparency for each IPT 
that reports where that IPT is today with respect to where they are 
supposed to be according to the schedule.  No more, but no less. 
Reasons for delay and concerns, if any, should be assembled on another 
transparency, to be held for questions.  Who will present this is open. 
  Massimo was apparently planning to do so.  I will either do this 
myself or divide it between Dick and Marc.

Action Items:

Have Janet send this agenda (attached) out as the agenda approved by the

AMAC chairman and Project Manager.  It should go to the entire AMAC, and

everyone in the Project who is presenting or planning to attend the 
AMAC.  It is the one we will follow at the meeting, subject to any 
necessary changes.  It obviously needs a little rework ala my version, 
now that Massimo will not be attending, but we can do that in real time.

Have each IPT lead/deputy prepare a single transparency with the 
requested info.  If I could have those before leaving for Socorro, that 
is, by COB Friday, that is great.  Otherwise, we will need to review 
this on Sunday.  Frankly, I don't see that this is a big chore for 
anyone, so good luck.
