[wfc] WFC Membership

Dear members of the WGAS FITS Committee,

I have started a review of our committee's membership and asked some
members who have recently been less active than in the past whether
they would want to continue their membership or rather resign.

Archie Warnock has resigned and I have thanked him for his many
contributions in the past.
I have not been able to locate William Lupton who used to be at Keck
Hawaii.  If anyone knows his whereabouts, please let me know.

At this point, and before we start on the question of selecting new
members, I would like to ask the committee in general whether there
are any among you who would like to leave the committee at this time -
maybe because your primary interests have shifted, or because you feel
you have served long anough and now it is someone else's turn to serve
the FITS community, or for any other reasons.

Please let me know in the next week or so.
