I feel very comfortable with Arnolds proposal and the few refinements. 

I want to thank our hard workers behind the scenes (Arnold, Don and Steve
in particular). We now have 11 people that expressed being in favor of
this ammended proposal.  I have not heard yet from the 9 remaining voting
members, and I urge those to let me know in private, or publicly on this
email exploder, how they feel about it (ASAP).

If my suspicion is correct and we are in good shape for a vote, I would
like to vote before the end of next week.
