[vlbatests] Elbow vlba database alertdata table work tomorrow during maintenance day 25/06

Hi all,
Just a heads up that work will be performed on the vlba database on elbow tomorrow to attempt to mitigate the access speed issues on the alertdata table (the reason for the slow rdbetsm).
This should not affect the monitor points table (mcdata).
I will let you know when it's done.
