[Pafgbt] BYU receiver downconverter problems

While troubleshooting we have discovered some problems in several channels of the BYU receiver/Downconverters.

Does BYU have more information on these PCBs, like detailed schematic and BoM.  Also, when were they made and how were they tested?  We will probably be going through all the cards, and likely have to replace components in some cases.
