[Pafgbt] Soldering new dipoles

That's what I assumed but I saw some blackening on the picture and just 
wanted to check.

We would like to do these, we are currently hung up on another job 
availability will improve in the next couple of weeks.  Are there any 
extra pieces that we could practice on?
