[Pafgbt] PAF ToDo list

Bill,

I've added all of you to the wiki. Each new user should have received a
notification. If that didn't make it to any of you, please let me know.

The AO deployment went ok. There were as always a number of glitches
associated with deploying a new front end and a new back end, as you can
imagine. Still, everything ended up working. The back end was
functional, and the acquisition software worked fairly well. The front
end also was functional, other than a couple of dead LNAs. Sensitivity
was reasonable.
