[Pafgbt] BYU backend correlator output

Brian,

The data that Richard sent me from the stream-to-disk mode was also 
"nonsensical", but it was extremely useful in understanding the data 
packet format.  I'm sure that the same will be true for the real-time 
correlator mode, although, of course, we look forward to the "sensical" 
data.
