Lauren,

Thanks again for agreeing to take over some of the Noon
yoga administrative duties.

The URL for the administrative login to the
nraosoc-yoga listserver is:

https://listmgr.nrao.edu/mailman/admin/nraosoc-yoga

The admin password is: vortexbanana

The admin entry point gives you access to the listserver
functions. Mainly you might be called on to add a
subscriber, remove a subscriber or approve/disapprove
a pending request. Exactly how to do so is obvious once
one is on the admin page.

Most of the work is just using the Meeting Planer Web
Scheduler:

https://mtgp.ad.nrao.edu/suite/Scheduler/DailyView.aspx

to look ahead & spot possible conflicts in the use of
DSOC auditorium at Noon. If a possible conflict is spotted,
email Ephraim with a cc: to Eric.

The most workable view for the calendar is to select
NM SO-aud as the "room group" and then select the weekly
(5 day) view.

Ephraim will contact Marisa about an alternative location.
Marisa will get back to Ephraim. Ephraim will get back to
you & Eric.

And then either you or Eric will send a message out via
the listserver using the email address:

          nraosoc-yoga at listmgr.cv.nrao.edu

about the room location(s).

The other main function is to look ahead of the Tue & Thu
yoga classes to see what meeting, if any, follows, and to
determine how the auditorium should be setup after class.

Usually it is obvious. Wed pizza lunch requires the "pizza
lunch" setup - 3 X 3 X 3 U-shape. If there is a colloquium
on Fri, with nothing else in between, the setup is
"colloquium" - 3 straight rows of table & chairs with a
center aisle.

If something other than pizza lunch or colloquium is the
next meeting after yoga, click on the reservation in the
schedule. Often a room setup will be specified. Also,
often the event sponsor will be named. If no setup is
specified, contact the event sponsor. If no setup or event
sponsor, speak with Lori Appel in the Socorro director's
office.

And that's about it. Takes longer to write it than to do it.

Thanks again.

Bill Sahr
