[MODEST] SD/SE interface / Arnett's SE code

The immediate goals for Tycho are:

1. new release Tycho-6.2 with numerous (small) fixes.

2. updated website with a draft user manual, that Althea Moorhead (U of
A
astrophysics undergrad) has done a lot of work on.

3. finishing a suite of papers on how it performs, with examples on the 
website.

So we will be busy. I have been reading the comments and will try to
"evolve the software" toward a form which is useful. Feedback is
welcome!

ps. the rotation stuff is a placeholder; I think that we need some
multi-D
simulations, experiments, and observational tests before it is much more
than
a fond hope...
