[mmaimcal] ATF extended until September

Well that is great.  We need to get this information to the OT people in
Europe.  B Glendenning--is Gianni aware?  The OT needs to be using this
calibrator data as it uses splatalogue line frequencies.

And we need to know how to get ALMA data in also; the ATF is a good
place to start.
