Folks,

Yesterday we discussed a few topics, including:
* B10 nodified frequency coverage?  What is most important?  What could 
we drop?  Board wants ASAC to discuss this tomorrow.
* Rx spec changes (B7 Xpol)

Material, mostly from Richard, on these topics has been added to the ASAC and
