Folks,

Thanks to the fellow who sent material for the Quarterly report.
Additional material sought.

Today let's discuss phase stability in the atmosphere and on the
instrument at 4pm.  The second half of the meeting will be devoted to
a second group, not mmaimcal, to discuss the ALMA TAC.  

I may not get to a fancy agenda as I need to dream stuff up for the
Quarterly Report.
