[mmaimcal]DRAFT ALMA Science Requirements

Folks,

Please find attached the current Draft Scientific Requirements for ALMA 
for comment.  This document was required to be in MS Word as I 
understand things, but that was a struggle for me.  Since the appendices 
contain a number of equations beyond my MS Word capabilities, the 
appendices will be circulated separately (as pdf), shortly, after I 
include several comments received on them.
