Since the teleconference, both Lee Mundy (lgm at astro.umd.edu) of the University
of Maryland BIMA Group, and Eric Anterrieu (Eric.Anterrieu at cerfacs.fr) of
(Signal & Image Processing Team), CERFACS, at Toulouse have agreed to serve
as external referees.  Two are required, so the quota is met, though more
opinions may be sought.

I posted some minutes--thanks to Steven for summarizing most of the last
meeting!--at http://www.cv.nrao.edu/~awootten/mmaimcal/almaconfig4jan01min.html
and I notice we were to have had a teleconference today.  I haven't arranged
one, so perhaps next Tuesday 30 January at 1600 UT?  We need to get a tally
of who will and will not be attending the meeting, create an agenda from
that, get our write-ups out and generally get things settled down.

One thing which I think is still outstanding is our refined definition of
the metric.  Let's discuss that today.  Agenda will be on the usual place.
