The ASAC requested lists of experts on various topics.  In partial response
to this request, I have assembled a list of experts on Water Vapor
Radiometry for ALMA.  I used attendance at the June 1999 Tucson review, the
URSI review in August 1999, and email discussions as the basis for this
list.  Please review it and send me comments.  After gleaning ImCal comments
I'll get this approved by the folks whose names are here.  I propose that
this get put at the ALMA Radiometric Phase Correction site at
http://www.alma.nrao.edu/development/cal_imaging/phasecal.html
