[mmaimcal] calibration and imaging group web page

Kate is helping me to put on air the official web site for the
calibration and imaging group.  It is truly bare minimum right
now, so please look at them and make needed changes/updates
by sending the updated html file (and any additional material)
to Kate.  You can find the page at the moment as
