Okay. That explains it. I have fixed the iptables configuration and
reenabled iptables. There was also a similar problem in ccbserver's
own authorization list (/usr/local/etc/ccb_authorized_ips). I have
fixed this as well, and verified that ccb_demo_client is now able to
connect.

Mark, please try connecting the manager again.
