Is it okay if I go ahead and reconfigure iptables now? Currently it
appears as though you either turned off iptables, or completely wiped
the iptables configuration. So I'm concerned that if I try to
resurrect the old config, and fix the above problem, I'll mess up
something that you are possibly working on, to fix Mark's latest
observation.

Please keep me up to date with any changes that you are making.
