[Gb-ccb] ccb -- manager work in progress

Martin, all- Mark Clark is going to be working on the manager connection 
problem we had last night. I would like to do a quick noise test when the 
manager is successfully connected; we will aim to be done by (our) early 
afternoon.

Please, no one connect with Martin's demo client in the meantime. I just 
tried and it works, I then killed the demo client.
