[Gb-ccb] Meeting minutes

All,

Since we are a geographically diverse group again and not all of us are 
able to attend all the meetings, I decided to write up yesterday's meeting 
minutes.  I missed part of the meeting due to a minor issue with the 
spectrometer, so the minutes are surely incomplete but better than nothing. 
   Please feel free to add anything I might have missed.

Several action items were generated during the meeting.  These are reported 
in the minutes.  (Look for *Action Item:*.)  It would be worth checking 
these to see what you got volunteered for!  Again if I missed some, you may 
want to add them in.
