[Gb-ccb] ccb IP addresses & names

I'm going to put in a request for the IP names to Chris et al.  I think
this is what we want:

computer
name      network
ccb1cm    gbt
ccb3mm    gbt
ccblab    gb
ccbspare  gb

I'm not sure we need the ccbspare IP-- the spare is a physical spare ccb,
and if we use it I would imagine it would be in the Rx room connected to
the ccb1cm cable, say--or maybe at some point we would have two running in
the lab at once?  But no harm in getting all 4 for completeness.

In this regard note that the cable with the "spare" pin address isn't
straightforwardly useful as a spare cable functionally speaking. More
useful as Rich and I discussed briefly the other day is to have an extra
1cm, 3mm, and lab *cable*.
