[Gb-ccb] USB interface module

Martin et al- We have an idea for the CCB architecture which uses the
spartan-3 LC development board you found; we hope this can save a good
deal of time and money with no compromise in performance. We'll send a
couple of schematics illustrating this on to you tommorrow morning for
comments. In the meantime I'd suggest to put this on hold.
