[Gb-ccb] USB interface module

The bad news is that it looks as though the trial USB module that I
ordered for the CCB isn't ever going to arrive.  I got an emailed
order confirmation when I put in the order, but since then nothing has
arrived, and my credit card hasn't been charged. I suspect that the
company that I ordered the module from has gone belly-up, since their
phone numbers seem to be disconnected, and emails to their enquiries
address go unanswered.

The good news is that the chip that their module is based on, which
appears to require virtually no other external components than a
crystal and a USB socket, is made by a different company (in the UK),
and available in small quantities in the US by a vendor in New
York. I'll see if I can get one.
