Unless anyone objects soon I will suggest to the fitsbits exploder that "ICRF"
and "HIPPARCOS" will be accepted as legitimate RADECSYS keywords.

Does anyone want to champion "ICRS" over "ICRF"?

(Is anyone out there???)
