Since we seem to be at a standstill, I propose to close the Public Comment
Period now, and move the discussion about how to proceed to the IAU FWG 
list.

I will leave time until the end of Jun 06 *in any timezone* and then 
tomorrow post a report/proposal on the IAU FWG list.
