[fitsbits] HPX projection

Greetings,

This is a reminder that "Mapping on the HEALPix grid" by Calabretta &
Roukema, is available from http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~mcalabre.  This
paper describes the HEALPix (HPX) projection for addition to those of
WCS Paper II.

Some changes have been made to the draft announced here on 2005/02/11
(indicated in red in the current draft dated 2005/06/15), principally
in disclosing the relationship of HPX to the Collignon projection.

If you have any comments on the proposal to incorporate HPX into the
FITS standard then now would be a good time to make them.
