[evlatests] ea21 at P-band -- cable reflection

ea21at P-band has a massive reflection in its 'V' polarization signal chain.  The period of the resulting standing wave is 3.65 MHz, which corresponds to a separation between the reflecting points of about 41 meters (free-space equivalent).

I attach three plots showing the effects — a 'textbook example' (in .png, .pdf, and . ps formats). Each needs to be rotated CW by 90 degrees for proper orientation.

The upper pair shows the bandpass phase (on top) and gain amplitude (below) for the vertical dipole, for two spectral windows.
The lower pair shows the same, for the the horizontal dipole.  This is what bandpasses should look like.
