[evlatests] Switched power failure, ea14, X-band

     I'm analyzing data from a science/calibration run, taken last 
Friday.  The bands observed were X, Ku, K, Ka, and Q.  A single failure 
in switched power is seen:

       *  ea14 at X-band has no detectable 'PDif' -- only random noise 
in the level of a few millicounts is seen.

     All other antennas are fine at the observed bands.  (Antennas 13, 
19 and 26 were out).
