[evlatests] Correct Figures

     Barry noted that the attached figures to my screed did not match 
the description of the problem.

     That's because I attached figures for the behavior of the system 
for the wrong IF -- shown was SPW08, which is in the 8 -- 10 GHz IF.   
This IF behaved 'fairly well' (by comparison to the 10 -- 12 GHz IF).

     Attached are the correct figures, from SPW24 (9.0 GHz).
