[evlatests] VLA Tests Meeting tomorow (June 14)

     All:

     After a long hiatus, I think it is time to convene a meeting to 
discuss various VLA performance issues which have been identified from 
recent observations.

     I've reserved Rm 317 at 10AM, for Thursday, June 14.

     Identified Topics:

     1) Antenna Settling/Pointing Issues.  Items include:

                - Oscillating antennas.  How many?  How often? New ACU 
vs. Old ACU?

                - Mispointed antennas.  A new failure mode in referenced 
pointing has been identified -- how serious is it?

     2) Antenna Optics Improvements.

                I'll give an update on the very impressive results from 
beam cut data analyzed by my two summer students (last year and this).

     3) Weird changes in receiver gain in the high frequency bands.

               Some antennas, at the high frequency bands, show 50% gain 
changes on timescales of minutes.  Although beautifully corrected by 
application of switched power -- why are these changes happening?

     4) Other topics?  (I shouldn't be the only one talking ...) If you 
have something to discuss, let me know.
